Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I Pre-Ordered mine (15th Sept) through EE and only ever got an XKO, it was delivered yesterday with no 0033 given to me at all, only asking for reference on the Spreadsheet, seems to be hit and miss IF EE even decide to send people their 0033 numbers

Fingers crossed! I tried accessing live  chat but it says they aren't taking requests for it anymore! I'm just annoyed as I originally got told it would be a "few days" of waiting.

Ordered mine on 22nd September got my 033 number got an 02 number and got a estimated delivery date too on my tracker

At this point I'd just be happy with some sort of code because I'm not sure if my order has actually been processed or not, the "Thanks for your order!" email isn't exactly helpful.

Honestly I had the same! Was told I’d receive on release date and then rang back and got told 14 days, now it’s a 28 day wait as I spoke with an EE rep yesterday.

Like I said, I'm tempted to just switch to 3 at this point, they said on their site that I'd allegedly receive it by the 11th but now thanks to EE I'm unsure how true that is.

I had the same feeling but even ordering from Apple directly it’s middle to end of November! They just NEVER make enough it’s stupidity!

Ordered my NT PM 512 on 21st. Had email saying 'Thanks for your order' soon after, that email contained my 00332 order number.

EE tracking saying 30th Oct - 3rd Nov
