Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’m order number 0033140. 


when do you think ill get mine. Hopefully in the next batch as my estimated delivery time is 13th - 17th October. However upon following this thread. I know people are getting it before there estimated delivery time. Fingers crossed I get mine soon and the people who are also in the same situation as me! 🙏

I ordered the phone I was supposed to wait for 1 month for here on GiffGaff and it's been shipped after 2 hours from my order, EE is a joke, got to cancel my contract in the morning when I get home glad it's not been more than 14 days.

So I’ve had a very interesting discovery this morning. I was using the shop app to track another parcel (not EE just the shop) and it shows a DPD delivery but my DPD app doesn’t. The tracking number on the shop doesn’t work on DPD. I’m so confused 😂

coming to the realization that it may have added someone else’s tracking to my app 😅

Morning, I would say you’re in the same batch as me. So should received a DPD notification Monday or Wednesday next week. Fingers crossed.

Morning!! I’m assuming the same, if we don’t have deliveries on the weekend might get my phone before I go in holidays, I got ETA 13th-17th Oct too , order 0033139

I’ve done the same. Ordered at 10pm last night. Getting the phone today! Are you keeping your EE airtime plan or switching completely? Although I’m fed up with EE I kind of need to keep the airtime plan for reasons I won’t bore you with. Just wondering if I am able to do this and keep my number too!

I keep looking at gift gaff too. I have ordered my 256gb nt pm through we with delivery date expected end of October. However I could order the 512gb nt pm and have it tomorrow through giffgaff for £1 a month more. Only problem is the watch sim I have paired through ee. Giffgaff don’t seem to do that. Otherwise I’d be all over it I think.

I’m in the same boat. My watch sim is with ee. I signed up for the £10 a month rolling contract  with GG so will cancel that with and retain my ee plan (if I can!) I’m hoping I can do that anyway

Yeah. If I go for the 120gb option for data it’s £1 more. With twice the size phone. Very tempting
