Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yep some people didn’t even get estimated dates & just got their DPD notifications lol

Got DPD notification 
 PM  Blue T 256 0033 . Ordered release day confirmation email 19 sept 1:30.

Sorry to hear the fiasco you went through. Looking at turnaround times for EE and Apple, if you placed a confirmed order on the 27th Sept, you’re probably not going to receive your device until mid Nov at the earliest! This is based on Apple current lead times from their own website and EE advising lead time update thereafter the initial 28 day cut off on Saturday 16th.

I originally ordered on 15th at 12:50pm but had to phone them which I did (2hrs to get through) but the comps were down and couldn’t finalise the order, eventually got it ordered on 19th.

Just been on the Apple website and their delivery times are stating 26 October to 2nd November if ordered today so fingers crossed it comes round about then

Ordered my phone on Sep. 15th couldn’t track the order for ages but finally got it by entering my phone number instead of email. Is showing a delivery date of Oct.6th-10th and I received a text from DOD tonight saying they are expecting my package from EE.

hopefully get it on Friday
