Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

ARRIVED FINALLY! Got my iPhone 15 Pro Max Black Titanium 256GB today. Ordered on day of release via phoning EE after the systems went down twice.

Got a text from DPD last night at 6:56PM that they were expecting the package. This morning got a DPD link and message that it was arriving 1PM. Lucky someone was at home as I was at work.

Happy days at last! Best of luck to those that haven't had them yet.

 I also just got a DPD notification for PM NT 512GB (ordered 18th September). My order number is 0033134. Wooo!

Thats what I ordered and thats the time I am showing as but no text or follow up email at all. What date did you order yours please? I ordered on 21st.

So I made my order 27th Sept due to having to wait until 23rd so my anytime update was to the day (exactly 12months) for a non fee upgrade and then I had loads of messing about with ordering, I did an order on 23rd was told it went through and then found out two days later it hadn't gone through then I was told I couldn't upgrade because I had recently upgraded a different  Line (my nephews phone)  a couple of months before which ended up being a lie I could upgrade and then I finally made an order and the lady ordered the wrong phone she ended up ordering me the pro instead of the pro Max. so I had to cancel and order again which finally went through on the 27th so hopefully I receive my DPD text soon.

My estimate is 9th-11th. Hopefully will be a lot earlier 🤞🏻

still haven't got a dpd text or anything in the app. ordered 15th and confirmed the morning after the 16th. order 033083 NT 215 PM.

my expected delivery date is saying "Awaiting Confirmation " did everybody else say the same before they got their estimated dates

Mine sat on that pretty much since I got the confirmation code and only changed once it had been delivered. Ironically I got an email from EE sayings "It's on its way!" 4 hours after it had been delivered.

just tried to call EE to get an update on my order.. and they are closed for company meetings WOW.
