Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Thank you.. The fact they were going to send texts to a number not used was not helpful.. I think they fixed it but who knows as all say different things 😞

No worries. hopefully over the next 2 weeks once pre-orders from the 15th, 16th & 17th are done things should start to progress more quickly.

mine is finally here! perfect timing just before I left for my holidays. got the dpd notification midnight and it arrived at the store around 330pm and i went straight to collect it. FYI mine is the 256gb black and i got my order confirmed on the 16th of sept. So hopefully other with similar order would get theirs within this week. Good luck to the rest of ya this thread has been really helpful and lower my stress over this situation 😅

Just got by DPD text with PIN no. 256gb PM in Black titanium .  I ordered on 15th but didn’t go through until 17th. My EE tracking date was 13th to 17th October. Order number 0033114.

Hey guys, a friend of mine ordered a PM Black 256GB on the 17th and just got her DPD text! Order number: 0033116. Their expected delivery date was 13th-17th October so it’s a good week early 🙂
