Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.
Has anyone who ordered on anytime upgrade had their returns pack yet? I was lucky to get my phones on launch day (1 iPhone plus pink, 1 iPhone PM 256 NT) albeit they came with different couriers.
We've not had any texts, nothing in the post, it's as though the trade in part has been forgotten about.
I did an anytime upgrade, as the pre-order day was exactly 12 months to the day my upgrade charge of £300 disappeared so that was nice, my phone is due in about a week according to the EE tracker and I have not received any texts, emails or anything in the post about sending my 14 PM 1TB back.
Hopefully they've forgotten about it or the systems classed it as a regular upgrade 😄
