Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just got off the phone with EE asking if there was any movement behind the scenes on my order... they don't even have a delivery estimate, I had to provide THEM with the delivery estimate I have on my tracking link and the agent said "yeah that's right then"?? What a shambles

I ordered my 15PM 256GB NT on the 16th, got order confirmation with 03 no. at 8:30am on that day and was told I'd get the phone ON launch day. The agent said based on her "historical stock data" any orders placed on pre order live date (15th) would be delivered within 14 days, and any on the 16th were more than 14 days... nobody has said this at all before and I've rung up more time than I can count.

EE are literally spouting out anything and everything. Kinda wishing I had moved to O2 now, never been with them but maybe this is a sign I'm due for a change😬

I ordered mine (black Titanium 256 PM)in store the day after on the 30th and was told 6 weeks so who knows, the left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing at ee atm

We should be on the next batch of 256 PM NT deliveries. I’m no 24. 21 has just received theirs today. I don’t think anyone after vzzzbucks has received DPD messages yet. So must be waiting on the next batch of stock. I’m not far off now so should get DPD message soon. But won’t be surprised if others lower on lost get theirs before me.

I ordered on 15th and have heard nothing. I’m sure many people who ordered on 15th are yet to get their phones 😞
