iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Tried both nothing works. Spoke to CS umpteen times and all they can see is ‘Open Sales’ and no other tracking information. They are adamant there is no tracking function on their website and you can only track once DPD have you phone. Lies after lies. Rather than trying to resolve the situation they just deny and make up a lie.

Yeh i think the batch of 256 NT PM they got in this Monday have now been sent out and we just didn’t make it into that batch. Guess we will be on the next batch that comes but God knows when that will be. Going off your tracking it should be next week. I don’t even know if my tracking number is real. 😂. As I don’t really have any confirmation just a number a CS provided over the phone. I did order on 15th at 18:15pm though. So if anyone ordered the same phone after this and has had a DPD message something isn’t right.

Maybe we need a new thread for each time window EE have provided ie 30th Oct - 3rd Nov

People could then add their model etc and the date actually received, would be much easier to gauge how accurate EE's estimates are.

Looks beautiful man. Argh!!! Really want my device more than ever. The Natural Titanium with the ULTRA looks so so good! Glad I stuck to that colour.

I ordered mine on 29th TW 256 PM and on live chat they said it will be with me within 21 days. Hope this helps!

So I have just canceled the whole order and switched to O2 sim only plan after being with EE for 6 years, which costs me much less than what EE was offering for their sim only plans... literally 25 £ difference. 

And I will collect iPhone of APPLE store today.

Hopefully my cancelation will  move the  queue up for PM NT 256 orders.. my window was 6th - 10th 0033072.

Not sure if this would help, I ordered on their website as an upgrade to my old contract, got my confirmation email on the 15th Sept at 21:30 roughly.

I ordered the iPhone Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium

• Order confirmed with Giffgaff (the exact same phone) 3rd October at 10pm
• DPD text, email and app updated at 11pm (so one hour after ordering!) to say they had my parcel 
• DPD text at 8:30am this morning (4th October) with my delivery time slot of 3-4pm

EE estimated delivery is still 30 Oct - 02 Nov. My first and last attempt to upgrade with EE. Cancelling my order as soon as the phone from Giffgaff is in my hand.

I’m the same as you but I rang them up and they provided me with an 003 too. If you ring them and ask them for a master order number they should be able to give you your 003. However the 003 number still doesn’t bring up any tracking info for me and many others. But atleast you can get added to the spreadsheet and see where you are in the list.
