Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I ordered on the 26th and been told between the 13-17th for a black 512gb

EE & DPD have made such a mess of my order now that I won’t be getting my phone and I’ll need to wait for my backup order from Apple 😅

Was concerned I hadn’t got DPD notifications despite having an earlier order than some for the same colour and storage. Just kept getting told, even yesterday that it will be sent to me soon. Finally today been given tracking details by EE CS and when checking these on DPD they’d attempted to deliver yesterday and no one was there to provide PIN (I hadn’t been given a pin) so now the parcel is being returned to EE after that one attempt. Neither DPD or EE can do anything and EE have confirmed this is now going through the returns process 😂

Have had multiple complaints but now will be calling up tonight to just cancel my contract with EE

Got my DPD confirmation that my phone will be here between 10:44 and 11:44, the wait is nearly over! I hope everyone starts getting them quickly! This forum has been an amazing time filler and everyone has been so sound! Hoping @OblivionX and @Yellow50 get theirs today too! Until next year all!! We do it all again lol

I've been following this thread for the last week now, haven't posted because strictly speaking i didn't pre-order, but figured I might as well share my situation and see if others are in the same boat.

I ordered a PM BT 256gb on 25/09 on the MyEE app, where it said expect dispatch in more than 28 days.  Since then all I have received is an initial confirmation email with an xkd order number.  I also received a text saying there are new documents in the app related to my order, but cannot find those documents anywhere.

I called 150 a few days later and was told the order was confirmed and to expect about a 4 week wait.   I live-texted EE yesterday and was given an 0002 number, which also does not work with tracking.  I was told I would not be able to track anything until it was dispatched.

So I'm now 9 days in with no way to track or get any kind of updates or estimated despatch dates.

I should also mention that I haven't had an iPhone since the 3G back in 2008, so this whole pre-order and wait debacle is new to me.

Still no pin, no text, no email and nothing on the app - we will see if the driver thinks I'm meant to have one. My slot is 12:19-13:19 😥

Ordered the iPhone pm nt tb on the 16th over the phone. Only received a text to say we are working on the order no need to contact us. I can’t track it or anything, was told 28 days then more than 28 days. Anyone else ordered the same phone and got there’s? Also do you get a pin for delivery and where do you get that from?

If you don’t have a pin they don’t require one
