Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Sad because many of us would have gone elsewhere if EE was open and honest. But nah, they’d rather say what we want to hear to get us to sign the dotted line.

Called them and they did have it! It’s going to be a bit of a rush to get it in time but fingers crossed

I ordered on 15th and order confirmed around 4.30pm. It is approximately 16 days to send out DPD notification.

Hi Guys,

I ordered an iPhone PM 256GB in Black Titanium on 22/09 - was told 7 day delay, had an update email about tracking and now it says estimated 30/10-03/11 - I've been trying to read through this forum but there is so many comments and replies its hard to follow, can someone give me some advice on whether they think the phones will be coming sooner or if anyone's had the same situation? (my order number is 0033249309 if this helps?)

I ordered on 17th and now at 17 days since order and no DPD notification yet. So not sure that works out.  Just a waiting game for us all it seems

sorry I've been trying to follow the thread but cant seem to catch up.

I ordered black titanium PM in 256GB on 22/09 and was told 7 days wait - went on live chat to be told little longer than 7 days should be 14 days wait - Now I've had an email stating expected 30/10-03/11?! 

Has anyone had anything similar?

Hello, I've just ordered through Apple, expected 26th/10 - 3rd/11 , I've ordered on EE on 24th of September 1TB BT PM but just CBA with this only had my 033 "tracking" number yesterday from EE, will I be able to cancel the contract (new customer, it's not even started yet) free of any charge if the phone doesn't arrive before the Apple store ordered one? Because that's what I'm planing to do, thanks for any help

Just to report back and say my phone was delivered an hour ago finally.

Ordered on 15th early afternoon, got DPD notification a few days ago.

I like many here was getting frustrated with the lack of updates and then out of the blue stock started rolling in. I hope those who are waiting get your notifications very soon, all the best to everyone.

I wouldn't go by what CS tells you either, they are clueless. I was told launch day guaranteed, then a few days later then a week later, then two weeks later.

My confirmation came around 8:15pm, 15th. But still no DPD text or app notification…

Some of you may already know this but if you have anyone in the family etc that works for the NHS with an NHS email then you can get 20% off your bill each month. Might be common knowledge to most but thought I would mention it. The person with the NHS email gets 5 codes a year, I get it off my family member!

I think you can add it once you get the phone too, I do it at time of ordering but they say it gets added when it arrives on their system, so if you have received your phone maybe call them and ask about adding it if you’ve only just got it and might save abit of money, I add it to my full works plan and upgrade every year.

I think the way to get the code is to go on something like EE perks and then the person with the NHS email has to login and it sends it to the number of choice when applying for the code.
