Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

 My order is on its way to a EE store since yesterday and nothings changed and I haven’t heard anything. Does anyone this I could get it today? I’m on holiday tomorrow so would love to take it with me

So finally after 1 hour and 30 minutes, I have got my order confirmation from EE about the 1TB PM Blue T. I was told there's a bit of a wait (he didn't elaborate), but it's finally ordered! He added the early upgrade fee to my bill for next month. Plus I did cheekily ask for if I could add my student discount to the plan. So now I'll just sit wait and keep an eye on DPD.

Like yourself I preordered iPhone 15 pro max on 16/09/23 and told them specifically that it was for daughters 21st birthday on 12/10/23. Was told that it was fine as it would be here by the 30/09/23. I received EE update saying it’s now not expected until 30/10/23- 04/11/23 I’m completely gutted as it was for a special birthday
