Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Someone further up said to me we might've just missed a cutoff and we’ll get picked up with the batch tonight, I’ve also paid for delivery tomorrow. I’ll update if anything happens with mine! Have you had your PIN code?

I did. I got this “We're expecting your -EE- parcel. Your driver will need your delivery PIN (4 digit pin). Then a DPD Tracking Link”

It says that I can’t track my order on EE although this morning it was fine.

You are in an almost identical position as @keribarnett4. can she track order as well? I am still able to track mine. But it hasn’t been shipped yet

@Yellow50 I’ve never been able to track via EE, I only ever got an XKO number and an 02 Number, neither of which works in EE’s Tracking. Not going to lie the fact you got a text has me all kinds of stressed again, can’t wait for tomorrow 😂
