Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

anybody still not received an update with an 02 tracking number? this waiting is killing me! order was re-confirmed on the 17th September

Just recieved my DPD notification - hopefully means it's arriving tommorrow.

Ordered a 15 PM 512 in Black on the 17th with it actually going through on the 19th thanks to EE systems being down. Looks like they're getting through the orders quickly now

I don’t know what’s going on. I got my DPD text last night, I have had no tracking update so far and they are still awaiting my parcel but I have paid for it to be delivered tomorrow and now I can’t even track my order on EE’s website…… is anyone else having this issue? I’ve never  had an issue with tracking my order with EE as I had an 003 number.

That is the most demanded phone colour. You may have a little bit more of a wait on your hands especially with that order number. But fingers crossed I’m wrong
