Just checked my tracking and despite being told mine would be here before I go on holiday at the end of the month by just about every rep I’ve spoken too, my tracking is telling me 30th Oct - 03 Nov… even more annoying as if it wasn’t for EE my order would have been placed on release day. Absolutely fuming if I’m honest, just spoke to a CS and was not rude at all but explained that from the biggest phone network in the company, the services that I’ve received has been horrendous. Still waiting for a call back on my complaint, too 🙄
