Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.
Expected delivery has been updated to the 30th Oct - 3rd Nov. I ordered a 256gb PM White on the 15th but order wasn’t confirmed until the 19th via online chat (wish I’d checked sooner!)
It’s not ideal, but it’s something nonetheless. At least we’re seeing a bit of movement now!
It might be that they haven’t scanned it yet, or it might be in tomorrow’s batch of deliveries, you’re on the last stretch, not long to go now till you receive it! Fingers crossed for you it comes today and that they just haven’t updated tracking yet🤞
My EE tracking updated to say that my estimated delivery date is between 20th-24th October. I ordered 15 PM Black 256GB on 20th September. I’m still hoping that I’ll get it earlier than that after seeing so many of you getting your DPD notifications last night 🙏🏻
I ordered mine on the 19th, no update at all whatever is happening.
Communication is a joke with EE, i don;t blame them for the shortage but the handling of the situation and false dates are a joke. When i ordered mine i was told i would get it on release day, i knew this wasn't the case because i saw the dates on the website.
Don't know if i haven't heard anything because its an upgrade and not a new phone
