Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I did it via their app/website as it was an upgrade from my sim only plan. I got a confirmation “thanks for your order” email with an XKO number in. They have me an 02 number over the phone but neither of those can be tracked on their site. I’ve tried tracking via their app and site, and tried both my mobile and my email.

I remember that on 15th when pre orders started initially delivery time was launch day, then unfortunately system went down , there was impossible to place order through site even when I managed to go through the phone after 45 min I been told that system is down and they couldn’t do anything , person I spoke promised call me after 1 hour ( 3pm ) and he never did , before that I managed to place order online but received email requesting speak to them , after listening terrible music for less than hour I managed to go through and I been told there was error with my order and they have to place another one , that was around 5 pm and got confirmation of my order.
Around 4 pm on the site delivery time changed to 14 days , at 7 pm was already 28 days , so I wasn’t sure myself in which time slot my order went, hoping that still was 14 days ( not sure they counted from launch day or from pre order day) , anyway I got email and message attached to my order that my phone is conning soon , which must be this week otherwise I will have to wait longer.. Definitely everyone who placed order on evening of 15th onwards should get it after 28 days .

Confirmed with CS about message update which coming soon.
It was confirmed as automated update message.
So at this point, if you even have not received any update, there is nothing to worry.
All the updates are nothing but just to communicate which is wrongly perceived as gaslighting by most of us.
I bet as long as you have XKO number, that is safe. Some of us has received their iPhone with just xKO number. DPD noti is the only worth to look out for.
It will come when it is coming into stock. They won't intentionally hold your stock too. Working capital, inventory cost can't be high for corporation.

Within a couple of houses Apples own site started saying mid November for the NT Pro Max.
EEs delivery times should have been labelled as what they are - an estimation they have no control over.

I would be telling them I want the tracking so I can track my order this is what I was told the 02 number is an internal number when they do a credit check on ya don’t no if I believe this they should provide you the 003 to track online be persistent to them I had to last year with the 14 pro max

I think tomorrow we will get answer to lots of things , mainly if there is any stock coming and what kind , if nothing comes we would have to wait long time.
There is lots of speculation about Apple doing this every year on purpose to create more desire in people for they main product, same story since I bought my first iPhone 3GS ( that time to get it on launch day you have to wait while night in massive queue)…14 years latter not so much improvement even they are richest company in the world still cannot cope with demand which is puzzling.

So I think they are producing the phones before sending them to EE that explains the delay .my battery info says it was made in August , iPhone15 pro max titanium blue
