iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I THINK that EE have had some deliveries.Complete speculation purely based on the fact I had a look at the 15 Plus models and delivery time frames earlier today around 12 midday and the Pink said 21 Days, it now says 14 so it looks like they're updating their stock. Fingers crossed some PM come in! 🤞

Cancelling my 15 PM NT 256GB EE order tomorrow. So hopefully that moves someone one up the queue!

Picked up an open box one 15 PM Black Titanium 512GB for £1399, just lucky I spotted it on a retailers site, was only one (must have been a return with people ordering from multiple places to guarantee one came on launch) comes tomorrow. Will go back to sim only.

Never will I return to EE again.

So I ordered my iPhone 15 pro max 256GB NT & my Apple Watch series 9 in pink at the same time just received my watch today but still no news on my phone. When I contacted EE regarding my iPhone they said no one will wait weeks for their order they should have restock at some point either this weekend or next week!  Not getting my hopes up! Find this ridiculous, really thinking about going for the plus instead as their delivering date has went down!

EE knows how many people pre order the new iPhones so they should have got extra stock to for fill the order numbers, Watch is completely useless without the phone so it’s going to be sitting in a draw till my phone arrives, explained this on the phone to EE & to be fair the CS person was pretty rude about it. 

I feel EE is taking us all for a joke giving out delivery timeframes which aren’t accurate at all. I feel if people keep complaining they might actually do something about it

Hey, I don’t think the order in track text makes a blind bit of difference last one I had was last first which is over 5 days had zero updates in my orders feels it’s just coincidence

White PM 512gb.

Ordered at 1339 on the 15th using the website. Got an sko number. Confirmation said to call up to “discuss” (didn’t think much of it, and got on with my day).

Called them at 2000 on the 15th, and they had to put another order in manually (standard “systems were down” stuff). Got another confirmation at 2014 and a trackable 003 order number. Was promised it would arrive on the 22nd (ha).

Over the past few weeks I’ve had the standard “order on track” email and sms. But notably, nothing yesterday.

I contacted them on chat a few times, and got more and more varying timelines. I contacted them again today, as I’m out of contract and wanted to know if I could go sim only while I wait. The answer was no, but they gave me £45 account credit.

But! I just got an DPD SMS at 1605 with Pin! Expecting the parcel!
