Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

It'll be interesting to see what Google unveil on the 4th October. Rumours are a watch included with the phone. If they give shorter lead times there will be loads of order cancellations.

Received my trade in pack yesterday and then a text message telling me if my phone has not been returned by 11th October I will incur a £500 charge on my next bill. How do they expect me to return a phone when there is no sign of my new one arriving??

l am hoping every second 😂that my ee will show progress regard my order. I am try to focus on other things, even though is not easy 🤩
to be honest after l realised thousand people having the same problem 👿 l gave up on contacting ee. I am waiting to see when the phone will be delivered.
how l feel about ee they supposed to be honest with customers. Yes they’re not in control of producing the iPhone, but lying is not acceptable.

Another day with no Natural dispatch notifications.
If you haven't already seen, there is a community board where users have submit their order number to see how many people are ahead, or behind them in the 'queue'.
You can take a look, or join that via the link at the bottom. You do not need to sign into anything. once you've filled out the form, be sure to follow then link to check out the board with queue positions

Here’s my story.
Sept 22nd I wake up all excited as I’m heading to the Apple Store in Cambridge to pick up my Natural Titanium Pro Max, I had reserved on the upgrade program. Been doing this every year since the upgrade program started. I check in and they bring my phone down, I clocked that the box looked a little small. The Apple employee started the process and asked. “Why have you chosen a pro this year and not a pro max?” Guess which numb nuts had reserved the wrong phone? That’s right, this guy!
They didn’t have any pro maxes in stock spare, so distraught, I shuffled off to my car and the 50 or so miles home. When I got in the car I thought I’d check EE online. They were showing as available in 28 days, but it said to login to see your upgrade deal. (I have a sim only plan with EE) I login in and the phone I want is showing despatch in 24 hours. A wave of joy envelops me and I quickly upgrade and place my order, before someone else grabs it. I hear nothing on Saturday, but Sunday I get an email and text from EE with my device details and an 0033 order number. I log in and can see I’ve moved to my new plan. Monday arrives and nothing, Tuesday morning arrives and still nothing, nothing from DPD, tracking not updated. I phone up, and they have no stock and didn’t have when I placed my order, I also notice my plan is back to my sim free one.
I’m bereft again, I log in to the Apple Store app and add one to my basket, check availability and there’s nothing in my closest 12 stores. I login to macrumours to joy in with all the moaning posts to help get it off my chest. When I finish I think, I’ll just check the Apple app again, and notice they are available to pick up in Milton Keynes or Watford, MK is a bit closer to me so I reserve one and drive the 90 minutes to MK.
So I’m typing this on my 512gb Natural Titanium Pro Max and she’s a beauty.
The moral of the story is that EE tell more fibs than The Lies of P, and keep checking the Apple app if you’re desperate as they are out there. Good luck!

Not sure that’s entirely true mate - just because they may only have two deliveries a week doesn’t mean each of those delivered can all be sorted, allocated and sent the same day. Very unlikely, actually.

@Schoeyy is the sheet yours? Can’t see how to update it but my order arrived this morning (was supposed to be yesterday but I was away working).

iPhone 15 Pro Max, Natural Titanium, 512GB.
The box looks like it’s been kicked around the warehouse and some. Luckily the phone isn’t damaged.

Hey, when you’re setting up/using I don’t suppose you could report on the temperature situation, it’s getting more and more concerning how many people are saying they can’t even watch a video online without the phone getting far too hot to hold or the battery draining extremely quickly.
