Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

For those interested, there are a couple of Pie charts located HERE in the FORM RESPONSES tab,
to show split between phone colour and size choice 

Also, If Fuller1122112 has his NT 256GB on the way, I'll be very cross. My order number is literally 1st out of ALL the orders we currently have collected.

The stock issues have nothing to do with any provider, the only company to blame is APPLE.

And tbh the cs situation can you honestly blame them? they get constant somewhat angry Karens demanding where their phones are. doing that day in and day out no wonder they are just saying things to get people off their calls.

There is no way they can predict the level of people phoning/ using the web to pre-order any phones. not to mention the cost factor. For example today i spoke to a very CS agent. They were so busy. They went without breaks, even came in on their day off.

If anyone has ever played a major mmo game such as World of Warcraft it's exactly the same on a new expansion. each year they increase the server capacity ect etc. but they still crash.

I still am impatient and want my phone, the waiting i can handle it. now what is the problem? is if you do an anytime upgrade. like i have done. i suspect i will now not be able to pre-order next year's iPhone now.(without paying)
