Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Same here! I sold my 13 pro max last Tuesday to Mazuma and got £565 which was more than anywhere else was offering so I sent it off last Tuesday after being promised I’d receive my phone on launch day and it’ll only be 4 days and I’ve been stuck using my old 6s ever since!

Just finished a live chat. The message I got from the CSA: 

Thanks for confirming Mark. As I checked, the Order is still in process and awaiting despatch. As per the recent Update from Warehouse Team, there is a current waiting time of 20 days on this for Orders placed on the 18th.

The latest launched iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max has been so hugely popular with customers, that this has led to a global shortage. We are working very closely with the manufacturer Apple to get more in stock on priority and we are trying to arrange deliveries each week. Our Warehouse Teams are fulfilling oldest orders first once we receive stock and we are doing our best to keep our customers updated regularly. I would appreciate your kind patience and understanding in this regard. You'll receive a text with the Tracking ID as soon as it is despatched from the warehouse. I'm sure it'll be at the earliest. 😞

My 6s so light compared to the 13 pro. The battery lasts about six hours, but it’s OK to use in a pinch.

What grade was it?, A grade?, you had the box?, because I checked online with CEX, and they were only offering £325. B Grade though.

Blue iPhone 13 Pro 256 GB in ‘good’ condition a few scratches one small dents with box. Full working order no damage battery  85% capacity.

I ordered 15 Pro  25th September and they said to me the waiting time is at least 28 days.

I ordered the Pro Max NT 1Tb on launch day, and was still told ‘after 28 days’, then 3 to 5 days and then the order disappeared. So who knows what’s going on. I’m dying inside.
