Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I was told that due to the manic pre-orders that some of us could still be over 28 days. I’m trying not to think about it to be perfectly honest but it’s hard to when there seems to be a lack of communications. Not that it’s the advisors fault

But I just tried talking again to customer services the AI both put me through to billing because that’s the only department open. Honestly, you can’t make this sh*t up

I just chatted online via the app and got told this, I don’t think they have a clue what’s going on 😂. I’ve ordered a natural 512gb pm and had my order confirmed Saturday 16th in the afternoon. He said in the rest of the conversation it should be within 7-10 days that I can expect delivery

I’ve had the same since ordering. Can’t track either. They’ve assured me the orders been place and I’ve now received 3 trade in packs 🤦🏻‍♂️

ordered on launch day and still haven’t received an 0033 number!

I sold my iPhone 13 pro to we-buy-any-phone because they were offering twice as much as EE.  £480!

How did you find that? I’ve seen mixed experiences with webuyanyphone, a lot of people said they would purposely find issues and offer less for the phone. I was going to sell my 13 Pro Max, if and when my 15 Pro Max arrives…

You need to be honest about the phones condition and they still offered me a good price.
