Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

“In my experience” this is correct…. It is LITERALLY when your model comes in stock from Apple… I think there is a slight order in which you ordered that particular model BUT when all the fiasco happened with the 13 I saw some HORRENDOUS things happen like people who ordered DAYS after pre order day get their device before people who ordered at 13:01 ON PRE-ORDER DAY…, it really does feel like a lottery at times!!!!!!!

despite being one of the first ones to place an order on pre-launch, I’m still being told 28 days 😭😭😭

I remember standing in the cold outside Carphone Warehouse waiting to get my little IPhone on release day!!! Good ol days eh… 😔😔

We don't know that conclusively. Just speculation. This sheet will give us a very good idea if the orders are fulfilled sequentially or not.

There is an order of sorts - remember some colours / memory capacities are much more popular than others…..so someone ordering the exact same model / colour but in, say, the 1TB option will get the phone quicker as there is a much smaller requirement for that memory option. 

It’s been a mess, though. I don’t know how two such big companies as EE / Apple, knowing the exact time / date these devices are to be wanted can seem so unprepared.
