Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Bit earlier yesterday and a bit later the day before. So around 5pm seems to be the key time

Not sure how to add to that. I ordered 15PM NT 256. Order confirmed 09:30 17/9   00330992. Still waiting

In my experience no mate, can be as early as 7am to as late as 8pm..

Ordered on launch day iPhone PM NT 1Tb and I still don’t have a 0033 tracking number 😭

There is no order queue. EE are sending out devices when they get them from Apple. First come, first served, doesn’t exist.

Just spoke to CS and they said they are not sure exactly what the difference is between 02 and 03 order numbers. She said the only thing she can think of is that 01 goes first and then 02 and then 03. Not sure if that’s right.

You know it's good when even the staff don't know what their different numbers do 🤣

Nah don’t think so. I got a 02 number first but then was changed to a 0033 number 🤷🏻‍♂️

Someone explained the other day but it’s not that.

it’s something like 02 is the internal number, 03 is for the customer and xko is for something else. 

im not going to trawl back the pages to find it haha
