Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

We can then sort each column to get an idea of current queue positions 🙂

Apple has really dropped the ball with this Apple launch. I ordered on the 15th at 105 and still waiting. This was going to be my 1st iPhone in 8 years. I have an Apple Watch 9 just sitting on a shelf as no phone to pair it with. I’m giving Apple to the launch of the pixel 8 pro before I cancel this send watch back and ordering a pixel. Shouldn’t have to wait a month for a phone. The waiting time you all been quoted is for after the 22nd not the time you ordered it. Thanks all and I hope everyone gets the iPhone before the end of oct to mid nov

Mine was via their website using the Upgrade function since my contract is due to end October. Decided to try my luck on the Live Chat Querying why someone like yourself may have received this but I haven't as of yet. They've given me an 02 tracking but that just says there is no Pay Monthly Device on this order when I try to use that on EE's Order Tracker. They then said they have no idea, but my order is definitely being processed. So basically seems hit and miss as to who gets a 0033 number and who doesn't 🙄

When I ordered I was told within 14 days (confirmed on my email I got when I ordered), then I as told within 7 days over the phone Saturday, and now apparently it's over 28 days. It's just exhausting being lied to so often ☹️

I’ve ordered a 128gb 15pro on Sunday but no change to the order. Still says awaiting confirmation.

Can we add a column for those with dates/times of ordering who haven't got a 0033 number yet? Be interesting to collate those as well
