Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

@Schoeyy  keep posting the link every 5th page from now and people who log on after work have more chance of seeing it too 🙂 i guess some may not go as far back after a few hours of comments lol

Hopefully 256GB NT today... would be nice if it was NT and white, theres quite a few people waiting for both.

I honestly can’t believe this is happening AGAIN..

Back when the 13 was released this happened, my mate got his on release day and my 13 PM came about 5-6 weeks later!! The 14 PM no issues whatsoever.

I called on Friday the 15th at 12:55 and the systems had gone down, told I would receive a call back when they come back online but nobody called. I finished work Saturday morning the 16th called upgrades at 08:30 and managed to get my pre order in by 9ish. Ordered the Ultra 2 watch aswell.

The following week my mate got his watch AND his phone, and I only received my watch!!

Seems there was a batch yesterday of the model I ordered ( 15 PM Natural Titanium 512 ) but still the tracker says “Awaiting Confirmation”…

Is there anyone else here waiting for the IPhone 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 512gb who ordered on the 16th..????

Really does take the excitement out of getting our yearly upgrade this…

Can't amend my order number on the spreadsheet so that it's 7 digits instead of 6, but if you'd be kind enough to add a 5 to the end of my order number that'd be great! 🙂

00330786** pm NT TB ordered Friday at 17.50 on call. got my screen share message at 17.50 but systems are saying I didn't order till 16th fuming isn’t the world I signed my contract at 17.50 on the Friday 15th day  of pre order so why it didn’t go through for 24hr is beyond me EE have been nothing but rude with me when I’ve asked why and what is going on I had received no emails regarding confirmation but a message the day before release 21st to say everything is on track still no order number nothing then Sunday 24th I got my order number. Still not received ee have gave me every excuse even told me on Monday the pro max haven’t been released yet! I was like that’s not true people have got there blues pm. They Fobbed me off and was incredibly rude even floor manager on chat was rude. Telling me they work in retail ect well so do I and if I spoke to my customers the way they speak to us  I would be sacked!  Disgusting honestly tempted to leave ee!
