Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Exactly!, I got a text with a PIN, I went and thought it was my DPD PIN and got happy.🤣

I’ve never been able to track mine using 0033. CS have given a variety of answers but don’t know why I’m unable to track.
Are you getting yours delivered to the address on your account?

Yeah. Funny, cause I updated my DPD settings to deliver to my local Post Office. But the order with EE is still correct to say I ordered to my home address, just hope DPD pick up my updated settings, I won't be home for the delivery, I work late.😑

They don’t divert phones. It’ll goto your delivery address(home)

My email said deliver to home address. But CS on the phone today said it will be deliver to my work address as requested. I think this has something to do with not being able to track

Yep get all that by why are they still advertising on the website as in stock when they clearly are not. Surely that false advertising and a breach of advertising standards

Ive ordered Pm 256 in blue just had this off live chat was promised 22nd when ordering looks like it will be some time in October when i get it

Hi Guys,
Order Number :00330
Anytime upgrade PM 512 NT ordered at 8am 16th.
Order is updated to dispatched and have a DPD pin this evening.
Hope some of you get on this batch.

Correct, you can’t change the address after the order is placed. DPD will not divert it.
