Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered mine the exact same time, spoke to someone and they said everyone who said they’re getting there’s is essentially lying 😂 I said it’s clearly not true and it isn’t a first come first serve otherwise I’d of had my notification by now. They CS have no idea what they’re talking about

Definitely not a first come first basis that’s a lot of 💩 I see someone who ordered after me same make model storage & colour get there dpd tracking yesterday I’ve not heard nothing

My 256gb 15 pro max blue titanium arrived at 5pm today, I ordered at 5pm on Friday the 15th.

I need to stop viewing this thread! Hearing all the confirmed deliveries from people who ordered after me, is just getting depressing now. It’s just a lottery as to when the CS rep that took your order proceeded their backlog after the EE systems outage!
But the strangest ones are those that ordered 2/3/4 days after 15th getting their phones. How is this possible?

Anyone know the latest the DPD text can come through? Or am I being too hopeful for the day

According to others on the thread, the DPD text can come any time. But yesterday there was a bit of a total wave of PM Blue, and we haven't seen that today with any colours, so I'd assume any dispatches today would be really limited. 

For the sake of sanity, I'd assume it won't be this week at least (I'm telling myself November to avoid disappointment - as that's what the Apple website is currently saying)

i’ve had it as late as 4am before but i think it can be up until 11am on day of delivery so you never really know 😕 good luck i’m still waiting for mine

Nope. Only the address that EE have sent it to. So someone needs to be at that address with the PIN
