Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

order pmnt 256GB on 15 sept at 1pm got email to call back called them back at 2pm when i finished work at 2 was on hold for 2 and half hour then order was confirmed at 4:30pm was told wait time would be upto 14 day

Pro Max 512 in natural just arrived to me. Ordered on friday 15th about 6pm and confirmed saturday about 6pm.

I ordered on the 15 th via phone call for 2 15 pro max’s 1 in blue and 1 natural , blue turned up yesterday with a dpd text message the day before , nothing changed on ee tracking until the morning of delivery
