Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

You have to call ee for that to happen. I did that … and got the order number, l am happy 😆 even tho no phone

No … call them, l had the same problem, l call them the fix it by, cancel my previous order and purchased  again

I placed my order on Thursday and had an email saying I needed to call them to confirm the order.

I did that immediately and they confirmed the order, however i got no email confirmation other than the inital 'pending completion' email. I then waited until yesterday (4 days), called them again saying I've got no confirmation or anything and they assured me it's just going to take time.

Anyone else in this boat?

You have to go to your DPD app and change settings. You must have set it different location previously. It happened to me few years ago and when l call DPD customer service they explain to me why and check it on my setting the address was different.

My first experience ordering through EE as well, I think I’ll go through Apple next time as well.
