Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I ordered a Pro Max 256gb at around 6pm on 15th September, I was told on Sunday that I should get the phone within 7 days, I then spoke with them earlier today and was told 28 days. I’ve now spoken to them this evening and been told delivery is scheduled for tomorrow, although no DPD message as yet.

God knows, doesn’t seem like anyone knows what’s going on.

I ordered my PM NT 256GB around 8:30am on the 16th as I had no chance on the 15th but didn’t get my confirmation email until the Tuesday after and has a text on the Thursday to say everything is on track and no need to call and yet here I am still phoneless. Been told countless things on the phone such as because I ordered mine eariy I’ll receive it on dispatch day and then I was told ee had no phones and weren’t sure how long I’d be waiting then I called Sunday and was told up to 28 days, nobody knows what’s going on by the looks of it

Yeah they said to me yday it was 28 day wait. 😅 mental. Absolutely shocking scenes. I don’t know if they have expedited it as I logged a complaint.

I complained earlier and it’s gone from 28 days to tomorrow although I’ll believe it when I see it.
