Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Can people receiving their phones successfully tomorrow come back on this forum to say so? I’ve lost all faith in DPD’s performance

I did. Ordered natural titanium 512gb pro max on 16th at 08:30 cause they were down on the Friday. Received nothing at this stage.

I read that some people that have been left feeling frustrated and let down have been offered £30 account credit. What do you say to customer services to get this? All I’ve been met with is obfuscation and excuses!

Haven’t had my DPD text as of yet. Ordered on Friday but had to call up on the Saturday 16th and got it confirmed around 8:30am. Very much hoping mine comes tomorrow as I’ve heard people that ordered it later got theres. The system being ‘first come first serve’ is obviously wrong. I’m sure there’s people still waiting from the 15th that brought the 256 PM in Blue.

Ordered the 256 PM in NT at 1:20pm on the 15th. Order confirmed on phone after 2 hours on hold at 3:30pm. Had the email order is on track but awaiting delivery date on Saturday. Looks like everyone who ordered blue is starting to receive there’s. Hopefully some movement will start on the NT now.

I explained how im needing the phone for a holiday and that I was promised I would get it on release day by the upgrade team! Just tell them its inconvenienced you and ask they what compensation you will get 🙂

Ordered PM Black 256gb 15th 2pm but didn’t get order confirmation until same day 6pm. Have heard nothing from ee or DPD, how weird that blue phones are getting pushed out and nothing else.

I was expecting it on the 22nd like everyone else. The customer service agent asked me” where does it say on the website I’ll get it on the 22nd?” - - — Very rude, very obnoxious thing to say.  I was really pi**ed off
