Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

My DPD app now says “parcel collected from sender” roughly 1 hour after receiving the “we are expecting your parcel” text!

Okay so it seems the Blue PM 256GB is All sorted for most people congratulations! It must mean their is less off a supply of the 1TB in Blue I ordered and the other sizes not the 256GB. So yet again no idea when us people in the other side memory are gonna get our phones 🤷

Yes - ordered on 15th but I’ve heard nothing. Spoke to CS on chat who said mine could take 28 days or more

I ordered a PM 256GB Blue on the 15th and after calling up after almost a week of nothing and having to redo the order over the phone (21st) I still haven’t heard a thing.
I’m just annoyed that after thinking I’d got my order and getting the xko order on the 15th, to be left feeling like nothing is progressing is disheartening. I got the 003 order number right after the phone call on the 21st but tracking hasn’t changed at all
I want to call up and ask what’s going on but can’t be bothered with the 25 different versions of the truth
