Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

PM 256gb White - I'd initially ordered an hour after release but like many had to reorder the next day 😞

No emails from EE, just a text from DPD saying “We're expecting your -EE- parcel. Your driver will need your delivery PIN XXXX “trackinglink”. Also shows in the DPD app where it says we are expecting your parcel shortly.

I’m waiting to see if any Natural Titanium people get a DPD text… suddenly regretting not sticking with my gut and going for Blue 😢

Ah thats a shame. I ordered around 8:30am on the 16th and it appears I may not receive my device till mid November! Decided today if I haven’t received it by my next bill in October im gonna cancel and just stick with my current 14 PM & sell that next year and buy direct from Apple! Sadly it doesn’t seem like an option for you given your current IPhone issues. Hope you get it soon.

Well hours before actually I ordered at 10am 16th and not heard anything

I called customer service, my pro max blue has been picked and due for delivery tomorrow.

Ordered on the 15th at 7:19pm over the phone.

Just had the good news of a notification from DPD that they are expecting my parcel from EE notification. 
no updates from EE and my order tracker hasn’t changed.

i ordered PM 256GB blue ordered 13:30 confirmed at 16:00 on launch day. I’m getting it delivered to a store so for anyone else you get a DPD tracking with a delivery to store.
