Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

15 PM 256 Natural Titanium and nothing. Called this morning and quoted expected delivery times from the EE page, have not taken it out on the agent but said I want to know exactly when to expect mine for my preorder which said delivery today. Received an 03 already but hasn't moved, no DPD activity and she outright told me it hadn't been picked. I need to plan being at home I just want some transparency.

Just the EE live chat on the website, not sure what's going on really as no updates at all until I chased

I managed to get my pre order for the IPhone 15 Pro Max 256gb black at 13:15. The sales rep said I was one of the first and will receive my phone on launch day.
today is launched day and I have no tracking email or anything. Phoned up EE and asked what is going on they couldn’t give me a straight answer and just said apple hasn’t given as many handsets as they asked for.
operated bluntly said “I don’t know when you will get the handset”
Then I called to preorder on the pre order day apparently the systems were down.
shocking service.

Yes I agree! The phone isn’t even for me! The watch is coming today but I’m being told now maybe within 28 days. I’ve been told consistently on release day. My husband isn’t that fussed but it’s the lying that bothers me. Last year I tried to order after release day so knew there was a wait but again I got so much bs I then ordered the phone from Apple and switched sims and carried on the contract but cancelled the upgrade.
this year I was ready and ordered and it went through on Friday. I was assured multiple times that it would be with me today. The contract will be cheaper although it’s the same type…. So that’s what I want to change tbh 😂. I’m tempted to cancel and order direct again and then cancel contract in a few months and just get a high package sim only deal.
Upgrade anytime seems to be a bag of poop!

Similar thing here, but with watch. No message or update, absolutely nothing. But when i asked CS they said its in the store. Also my plan changed.

When people are saying that their plan has changed, where specifically has it changed? My EE account seems to be in a weird state right now - it's still showing me as having an iPhone 14 Pro Max on the homepage, but when I go into my plan usage then apparently my plan is £0 a month and has no start or end date, and a length of 0 months? I have had nothing from DPD and my 03 number still shows "Order processed", so I'm really not expecting it today anymore, but just want to know if the fact that my account seems to be in a limbo could be a sign that I'm getting it sooner rather than later...? (cope)
