Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

6 Days of uncertainty and nothing but an xko number to go off of then this morning at 07:27 I get the DPD text confirming delivery tomorrow😃
Then at 17:03 finally get a text from EE with my 003 order number, go to tracking site and it says you can’t track that kind of order right now!🤣🤣🤣
What an absolute farce EE really needs to get their act together won’t be ordering from them online again🤦🏻♂️

I ordered late Friday, so I'm not going to phone them again, as I surmised there would be a delay. I just wish there had been more transparancy when it came to timescales and not just an automated order confirmation.
I think calling customer services will be pointless now anyway, and would only add more stress. I'll wait.

I was the same, never got the 003 number until I received the text saying it’s out for delivery 😂😂

I’ve just had the below message. Is this a good sign or a “don't bother calling us your order will be ages!!”message? Ordered 18th sept at around 8pm after a balls up with my original Friday order
Hi from EE. We just want to let you know that everything is on track with your order for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it should be delivered in the timeframe you were given when you placed your order. We are working hard to get your iPhone 15 Pro Max to you as soon as possible, and there is no need to call us to get an update on its progress. We will be in touch with further updates before we despatch your phone.

Mines the other way around. Server down all Friday, so order only went through Monday morning. Got the 0033 order number straight after the call on Monday morning, but nothing moved till just after 5pm today, when I got two texts from EE, second one was my PIN. Nothing showing at all on DPD app though😒

This is hilarious. Just had this from them...
Great news! Your new iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium, on order number 00330XXXX is now with our courier, DPD. You'll shortly receive an SMS with your delivery slot. Thanks from EE.
This is after calling them 3 times and asking them for the 03 number, which they told me, 3 times, didn't exist.
So much for no one getting a pro max on launch day.

@Laudinator the Pro max 512 natural. To make it worse I ordered them both.
