I was hoping it would be delivered today??But suppose it doesn’t work that way??
Still, can’t complain compared to some who may not be receiving theirs tomorrow.
FYI, as mentioned numerous times, check DPD website (NOT APP). I upgraded to VIP morning delivery for £9.99.

It’s it’s any help it showed as collected by DPD only 20 minutes ago and like I said in my case its delivery window is 08:00-09:00. So clearly a lot can happen quickly.

They can, a CS just checked 2 of my upgrades and both are with DPD already and she gave me both tracking number

How can you check on the DPD app if you have no order number or DPD tracking number?

I ordered on monday. I didn't receive anything until around 7. That's when I got the notifications from EE. Then checked the DPD app, and confirmed that they have my parcel. So I can assure you that there is hope for us Monday-ordering peeps!

I’m so lost with this.
I got an email saying my order is on the way with an XKO refernace but that was all then today I got several texts saying all my benifits and add on are turned off.
I checked the app it shows my new contact has started but no new phone yet and no info on when it’s coming.
The fee I paid is showing as a payment and shows that it will be taken off my next bill?!
why are they being so crap at keeping us informed.

Dpd can message any time at night I had a message at 5am last year so you never know

Okay. so anyone who orders online gets TWO numbers: and XKO AND an 01 or 02 number. The one that counts is the 02 (and that is the number you use for tracking). The XKO number only means that they received your order, but it hasn't been actually processed or approved. After you get the XKO number, you then get your 02 number once your order has actually been accepted or processed. So if you received your 02 number, then you're golden. That is the number you use in the tracker.
