I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

@maxon_uk Did you register with same EE number and email add? Whats the status of your order? Open Sales or Picked?

They cannot charge you for new plan until the device is assigned or delivered.

I would raise a complaint.

I have an order confirmation but no xkn number after being told it would be delivered on the 16th. Is anyone else in the same situation?

I even don't have a tracking number at all. Only XKO.

Yes usually I am getting a notifications on the dpd app from EE. I am 5 years with EE and DPD 😀

I just thought I would share the text I just received from EE. Bit annoying as I was in the batch last year that they lost and put to the back of the queue. Another year and another failing. I don’t know why I keep putting myself through this.

I imagine others will soon start receiving these texts as the day continues.

I’m waiting for a 512GB too - told me on the phone more than 28 day wait!! I’m not holding my breath. Same thing happened to me last year with the 1TB ended up waiting over a month

 

Although not had official text from them yet so there’s still hope

Yes I suppose there is that. Took me 4 hours on the phone and a complaint last year to get to the bottom of what had happened. I should be thankful they communicated their mistake really! Very big of them! 😛
