I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Currently onto 150. Even though I placed my order on Friday 9th, when they rang me up yesterday to confirm it, it seems they cancelled the order and placed a new one - so it seems that this has now pushed me back in the queue. This is an absolute joke and EE need to be held accountable 😡😡😡

New Update!

DPD Tracking just come through! Delivers tomorrow - I ordered 14 PM Space Black - 256gb - order was confirmed at 13:16. Hoping everyone gets theirs soon!

 

Also wanted to reassure people that nothing about my account has changed, I only have a XKO number which I am still unable to track. I only had one email confirming the order and nothing since. So don't worry if you've not received anything yet just download the DPD app and link to your address

Yep and just to add more. They've told me I'm actually on back-order now. This is a ****ing joke. And EE are not taking any responsibility for this. 😡

Switch to Vodafone. Or something, I mean, at the end of the day, they think you will stay with them whatever happens so they don't care.

The CSR who cancelled and then 'reordered' your phone probably got a nice commission out of it.

Just off a 3hrs call to EE and the customer service advisor said only sexy people are getting their phone tomorrow.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Ordered on on Friday, order got stuck so they 'pushed it through' turns out they cancelled and re ordered. Nothing for me tomorrow. 

Ah well, could be worse!
