iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

What did you say your issue was in the app? When I say I want an update it tells me to call them hahaha. Think we ordered same phone, same day.

So after contacting them through chat the Blck pro max I ordered will be arriving Monday but the purple is still in process and delayed

For me, I had to verify my home address to get upgrades working on the app or web**bleep**e

I just explained that I haven’t received my phone yet and he tracked the updates down and told me it will be delivered Monday

Don’t hold your breath yet. They told me it’s taking longer than expected and when I questioned them they said next week. I’ve found the guys on Twitter are a lot better and straight to the point.

I asked if my order is on open status and they said yes. They’re just going off the 21 - 28 days. They just lie to keep us quiet

My Blck 256g is on its way I’ve tracked it with the number they gave me and it says on DPD it’s been collected but the purple is no where to be seen

Same for the black pro max 256 for me but my other one is still pending
