I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I’ve still had no confirmation date. Silver 128. Ordered 14/09. I got an DPD message saying they received order details and they are expecting my parcel shortly. I don’t understand why others have had Monday confirmations. I’m guessing I won’t be getting mine early part of week

Urgh this is frustrating, had a flurry of texts to say am now on my new plan, but no DPD notifications.

Guess I’m to be billed for a phone I don’t have 🙄

Thanks for coming here. 

The plan would change once the phone has been dispatched. 

DPD will be in touch to let you know when this will be delivered, once they have received your order. The DPD app will also show any deliveries scheduled for your address.

Hey Stuart, the only ‘Monday confirmation’ I saw was on the initial DPD notification itself and not inside the app - very easily missed so I think we’re in the same boat. I just saw an update inside the DPD app very recently saying  ‘package collected from sender’, do you have that yet?

Hi Leanne

I’ve had the DPD app for a few years now, unfortunately nothing is showing due from EE to DPD for onward delivery.

The app is correct my side as I already have a notification for something else which DPD are due to collect from the sender today.

Now concerned given a few others have had issues with EE putting incorrect / partial addresses on the orders.

Yes I have had the same notification saying package received. This is good news.
Lol now my only issue is will anyone be home when it arrives. Been of for a fortnight but back to work next week 😆

I think you’ll be best ringing 150 as I’m pretty sure you need to ring EE themselves to complete your order as they have to go through the legal part of the order then it will said order confirmed
