I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I have just received my DPD notification that my phone will be delivered between 2-3pm today after basically ordering via phone yesterday.

The only advice I have is contacting EE by phone and changing your order to one of the more available phones (not ideal.) I went from 128GB to 256GB, same colour and model and only a couple of quid more a month.

Just an idea if you’re really fed up of waiting and flexible!

I’ve just been on the phone to get my order number that they said they didn’t have and said nothing was in stock , I ordered via phone on Tuesday , Purple 256gb pro max. They said 28 days

Typical of the ridiculous iPhone saga. No tracking found, no DPD notification and I get a knock on the door at 8am this morning. My phone turned up!

Ordered 10/09

IPhone Pro Max 512Gb in purple.

At least the wait is over!

Just got mine, same as yours. It turned up from no where. No notification or DPD note. 

Ordered 10/09.

I'm debating ringing up and changing from the iphone pro max to just the iphone pro (that says on the website its in stock) is there any other differences between the pro and pro max apart from the size difference?

Originally ordered iPhone 14 Pro 128GB Silver. 

Got fed up of waiting and was told the 256GB was in stock so went for that.

Looks like the Pro Max is a never ending wait

Theres major differences. The Bionic A16 has a new screen, faster gpu, better camera (they are considersbly bigger), notch-less replaced by island. On benchmark tests it 17% (12-19%) depending on who is doing it, is only on the Pro Max. 

If you are going down the route of the pro, get the 13 Pro Max, much cheaper, with better spec.
