iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Yep! I'm taking anything CS tell me with a pinch of salt because they are literally only telling me what I can see from myself on the website when it comes to stock.

Spoken to someone today and I was given the option to change the colour or cancel the order and change it to the 256GB silver Pro but *incredibly* hesitant to cancel and re-order given the stock issues/lack of trust and transparency between EE and customer atm. I had an issue 2 years ago with my last order and ended up cancelling/re-ordering and it caused a lot of issues that resulted in more frustrating conversations.

Just a bit neverending isnt it?

This is what i thought. The other day was told by CS that its going to be more than 28 days from the time of ringing him for more info. Then I checked the website and it said same thin IF you preorder now. 

I double checked via EE Twitter team just now and she confirmed its not the case and it would be more than 28 days from when I ordered which was on 15th Sept. 

CS team do not know any better as shipments probably come as and when according to demand.

Yes, on 15th sept over the phone. Only confirmation message to say order received, nothing else.

I was originally told I would get mine the next day and even after I suggested this would be odd given the stock issues they insisted. It's now been 22 days and I have still heard nothing! I don't even have an order reference number so can't track it.

Ive found that if you find the email you would of got in the first place
and hit reply sometimes the order number shows up in the green banner.

Starting to wonder if I need to go to an Apple store and ask if the phone I ordered actually exists. It’ll be a month since ordering this weekend 🥳🥳

I've messaged them a couple of times over the last few weeks (I'm sure they're fed up of me but they get what they give) and I keep getting the same schtick of it being 28 days from the order date. That's all well and good but it didnt say that when I first ordered and if it did I wouldn't have paid the upgrade fee and just waited till my contract finished at the end of the month! All just a bit daft really, CS should have made this clearer at the beginning rather than mess everyone around like this.
