I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.
Ordered 14 Pro Max gold 128gb on the 13th of September. Have had one email with an xko number, got a tracking number from live chat. Neither of these numbers work for order tracking and have not received any additional info since the confirmation email that I got on the 13th. Order number doesn’t work on DPD and have no parcel activity either. Have been told to phone up if I don’t hear anything by the 4th October.
EE seems to be shipping orders arbitrarily, maybe it's based on location and order date? hence why some have had them earlier than others even with the same order date. My tracking doesn't work at all, I get an error stating I can't 'track this order type' whenever I try to use the tracker. I have ordered to be picked up from a store so maybe that's why? This has been a rather disappointing experience, as I decided to upgrade this year due to my current phone having issues charging and slowing down. I hope we get them soon but I am losing faith in hearing anything from EE each passing day, I will likely cancel If I haven't received anything by time my first bill is due which is around the 15th of this month.
I ordered the same phone. Online on the 9th but I had to call them so order wasn’t confirmed until 10am on the 10th.
Ive still got no phone so still a bit of a wait! The EE online tracking for me has been stuck on dispatch expected within 24 hours for over a week. Nothing from DPD yet, obviously!
Mine has said that for a week and been on ‘expected dispatch in 24 hours’ for the same time. I’m not holding my breathe for it coming soon, I ordered iPhone 14 PM Silver 128
