iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Yeah that's what I was told by the EE customer service rep, don't know if it's the same for the normal Pro

Hope this helps, I spoke to an advisor at around 12:20 they have advised me that it is only the 14 Pro Max models that are suffering a delay, she said 21 days is the worst case scenario, it’s unlikely I’ll receive it tomorrow but within 7 days is probable.

Not the best from the UKs no.1 network, I have for sure sent a complaint - my biggest gripe is that for a company based around providing communication absolutely none has been given to those waiting in for a delivery that isn’t coming!

I had hoped to enjoy my new phone this weekend but looks to be that I’ll be waiting for a week or three!

I ordered the same device about 1:25 on the 9th. Received an email on the 11th that order is ready to dispatch and had nothing since. Just the XKO order number useless for tracking

14 Pro 256 in black arrived just now as advised. No complaints and better than the debacle with my 12 Pro a couple of years ago.

I’m waiting on the pro max 128gb in gold. Same as you no movement on tracker. 

just checked ee website and all 128gb versions except the purple are showing as “Order now. We’ll deliver to you as soon as we receive stock from our Supplier.”

so hoping it’s going to be a few days rather than a few weeks

Apparently first come first serve isn’t exactly true.

I ordered at 13:07 on pre-order day and received my confirmation with xko number. No phone today, no DPD on app etc

Customer services told me the order is manually processed behind the scenes and my order wasn’t actually placed until the 11th!

“Up to 21 days wait” for a Pro Max 256 that when I ordered said it would come today!
