Just would like to make sure everyone understands that on the other end of the line/chat there’s a human that has done nothing wrong and it’s there to help or support.
”demanding” things or being rude or patronising really isn’t the way to go.
if there’s an error then they will deal with with based on some discount but you wouldn’t jump the queue as phones are allocated at this stage, if this is hard to understand then really instead of smartphones some should be buying common sense classes.
