I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I have recieved some sort of notification from DPD today for an order with EE. Assume this is my iPhone as have nothing else arriving. I ordered on Saturday 10th around 10am. (14 pro max)

Latest update in the DPD app is "We've recieved your order details and we're expecting your parcel shortly"

Just been told by EE live chat that I will most likely receive a tracking link tonight

Also btw guys, I know from experience. Live chat no NOTHING. They say anything to get you off the chat. I know from the PS5 saga a while back...!

Did they do a full cancellation and then create a new order then? So you received a second "Order confirmed" email?

I’ve just ordered 14PM Black, doubt I’ll get it for 28 days as it says lol, any chance I may get it earlier?

Didn't receive a second order confirmed one, I got one saying 'your order is on its way'

Once EE know how many they're getting in their second batch it should go through. Should be sooner than the 28 days I imagine, maybe 2 weeks maximum? Just a guess, but based off what the chap on 150 told me, the 28 days thing is more of a safety net as it were, to manage expectations
