iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Spoke to a live chat agent who specifically said 

“Apple has delayed with 28 days for providing stock” 

“Non of the customers will get there order's before 28 days” 

ridiculous after being told over the phone at pre order it will be here launch day, and the advisor over the phone wanting to charge a £6 delivery fee so I did and he said “I’ll get that delivery booked for Friday for you” and my preorder was complete and confirmed literally about 20 mins in

Live chat frequently talk out of their xxxx so I wouldn’t pay too much attention to anything they say

Exact same thing happened to me last year when ordering the 13 pro max there was a chip shortage, fair enough last year I didn’t pre order but had to pay £500 early upgrade fee, and order was confirmed on 30th sep last year didn’t get it until the 26th October but I remember them telling me I won’t get it until 14 days fair enough, 14 days later I gets told it won’t come until end of October, 

from what I’m aware of I don’t think there is a chip shortage or anything with the 14’s ?

Likely just something they said to move on. 

When I spoke to them this morning, they said they won't ship until Launch day, and to expect the device 3-4 days after launch.

I really do hope so, I’m just thinking… why would they charge a £6 delivery fee ? Is this normal or a recent change I'm sure it’s free delivery I’ve upgraded every year when the new iPhone comes out I don’t remember paying £6 last year or the year before 😭

If your plan changes tomorrow to a new one then you can expect delivery on Friday.

Keep checking DPD app as that gets updated even before you hear from EE via text lol.

Here is the exact message received from one of the live chat agents 

“Previously it was scheduled for delivery

on Friday, but Apple has delayed with 28 days for providing stock and so we have to change delivery date accordingly. Non of the customer's will get their orders before 28 days.”

If that were the case, they'd have surely updated the main web site?  Just took this screenshot 2 minutes ago which states : 

Available to pre-order

Expect delivery to you on day of launch.
