iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Been reading this post for a few weeks and time to add my comments.

 Ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max, 128GB in silver on the 14th via the website.

 Had the initial confirmation same day. no updates since, got and KXO order number but if I try and get an update with it just get: “Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. ” received my pack to return my old phone.

 No other updates since. 20 days and counting now.

I ordered the Pro Max Gold 128GB on the 12/09… It finally arrived today.

EE really has no idea what is going on. I was on the phone to CS when my dpd notification came through. They still didn’t know anything.

Think there's a shipment of Black come in, order the 14PM 256GB in Black and just got the notification from DPD on the app...no news from EE though...useless

I’ve asked before, but I’m asking again nearer the time I ordered my phone a few weeks ago now. Says usually dispatched within 21 days - this was for the iPhone 14 pro max 256gb purple I’m just curious if anyone has ordered the same one as me and had received there’s within 21 days?

im aware when the phone has been picked up ect dpd will be in touch - but as I stated above I’m just curious.

IVE HAD THE DPD NOTIFICATION!!!

I’m in shock. Also kinda debunked the 9pm DPD cut off theory as I got it at 21:34. Says it’s being delivered tomorrow so fingers crossed!

14PM 512GB Deep Purple. Ordered on the 9th but wasn’t confirmed until 10am on the 10th. So anyone else who’s ordered the same, hopefully you’re soon 😬

I too finally received the DPD notification, thank god for the DPD app as the EE Tracking still says Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date, useless. 

14 Pro Max 512GB Deep Purple. Pre ordered 1pm on the 9th but the customer service person I guess “reordered” it on the 10th, after I called them when they emailed to say they need to confirm more details. So I guess that bumped me down the queue. 

Also funny that just 1 hour before I got the DPD notification, I got so fed up of waiting for EE I ordered a 14 Pro Max directly from Apple. Cancelled that now, but maybe that was the kick they needed to get me sorted 🤣

Woo 🥳 Glad to see other larger capacity phones going out! Now watch the screen protectors I bought the day I ordered the phone not fit and be too late to return 😅

I am on day 23 waiting for Pro Max Black 128gb and heard nothing - anyone else ordered at a similar time (12/09) and know anything??

Ok so I just spoke with CS yet again. They say no stock and my order remains open until stock arrives. She says a backlog of this model (128gb silver PM) and they have still been shippin preorders out! 
Tbf the lady I spoke to has been the most helpful yet. But anyway she basically didn’t know when likely to get it but says mid October would be her estimate. Stock in Tursdadays and Thursdays. 

basically the online tracking on EE is a complete waste of time, so too the order on the way emails and the dispatch within 24hours thingy
