I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.
These latest updates with people reordering and then getting DPD dates is a bit worrying. Does this mean that some orders are never going to be fulfilled because of some balls up on EEs end? Should I cancel my order then reorder again???
I never reordered. I just got an email after I ordered online saying I needed to call them to confirm my order, so called the next day and they said would be with me within 21 days (from the 21st). When did you order?
I ordered online on the 14th. Initial was told expected 28-30/10. Obviously this never materialised. I had the good news your order is coming soon 11 days ago. And have been told various things when I have spoken to CS last time they said 28 days time before they said by 14/10 time before should get early this week. Nothing changed. Nothing from DPD. Xko number doesn’t work the other order number in a new email just says dispatch within24 hours - it has said this since early last week.
