I think it is not a good show of EE to leave us in the dark when it comes to the Order of our iPhones, 14 PM.
They could at least keep us in touch with what is actually going on, and that would save them from hundreds of calls from disgruntled customers.
Poor folks at CS have no Idea what to tell us and, I feel sorry for them.
They do their job to pay their bills and get it in the neck on a daily basis.
It is so frustrating to wait for an order for weeks when it should have been days.
EE really should work on their CS work and fill those folks in on the latest stand of things so that they can tell people what is going on.
I for example was told that I will be one of the first to get their new phone once they have new stock in, that was last week.
Today I got notification from the DPD app that I have parcel activity, that they are awaiting a parcel from EE shortly.
NOTHING reg phone delivery from EE, as the promised they would do by Email or text, but a flood of texts reg the warranty for my old phone ...
Their tracker still has no clue that my parcel is going out shortly.
